Introduce:The main research content is to strengthen nickel-based composites with high melting point nanoparticles. Aiming at the problems of the strength and toughness of nickel-based superalloys being difficult to improve simultaneously, the component's poor creep resistance at high temperature and low life, the redistribution of high melting point nanoparticles and the evolution law of the nucleation and growth microstructure of nickel-based superalloys during the casting process are studied. Different from the traditional alloying bonding heat treatment, high melting point nanoparticles are introduced into the superalloy melt, which can promote heterogeneous nucleation and inhibit grain growth to refine grains. It can also inhibit element segregation and improve the diffusion and uniformity of elements in the heat treatment process. The aim is to optimize the properties of nickel-based superalloys and improve the bearing capacity and service life of nickel-based superalloys.
