Introduction: During the study period, I mainly focused on the preparation and research of supercapacitor anode materials, and used MPCVD method to prepare porous carbon film for supercapacitor anode materials, and studied its electrochemical properties. By changing the process parameters and optimizing the film growth process, the electrochemical performance of the film material was improved. During this period, we published one English article - Microwave Plasma-assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition of Porous Carbon Film as High-rate Supercapacitor Electrodes - "ACS applied materials and interface", and one article in Chinese - Progress of N-doped porous carbon materials for supercapacitor electrodes - "Materials Guide", and received the honorary certificate of highly cited article.
