Introduction: The main research is on the strengthening effect of nano-TiC on martensitic stainless steel. Stainless steel has excellent overall performance, modern industrial production has put forward higher requirements for the performance of stainless steel, while the development of new higher performance steel grades requires a lot of time and effort, high cost and difficulty, the strengthening of the current existing steel grades is relatively easy to achieve. Traditional strengthening methods include precipitation strengthening, fine grain strengthening, heat treatment strengthening and work hardening, among which fine grain strengthening can improve the strength and plasticity of stainless steel at the same time. The effect of nanoparticles on the grain refinement of martensitic stainless steels in the as-cast state, the microstructure and mechanical properties of nano-reinforced martensitic stainless steels with different particle contents, and the investigation of the microstructure and mechanical properties of nano-reinforced martensitic stainless steels with different aging temperatures at optimal contents were investigated by preparing nano-TiC-reinforced martensitic stainless steels during the school.
