Introduce:In view of the low energy density of all-solid-state thin film batteries, the main work in the school centered on the preparation of NCM811 films at lower temperatures and improving the stability of its high-pressure structure: ① In order to prepare NCM811 films with good electrochemical performance, orthogonal experiments were designed to explore the effects of sputtering power, argon-oxygen ratio and substrate temperature on the structure, composition and electrochemical performance of NCM811 films. ② In order to improve the high pressure cycling stability of LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 thin films, Zr/Al co-doping modification was studied. The stability of the layered structure is improved by increasing the layer spacing, stabilizing the oxygen atom, reducing the cation misplacement degree.
