Introduce:In view of the major bottleneck problem of strength and toughness mismatch in the research and development of heavy-duty rail, it is proposed to introduce high melting point nanoparticles into the rail, focus on breaking through the control technology of high homogeneity distribution of nanoparticles in rail steel, carry out the mechanism of nano-enhanced phase induced pearlite microstructure refinement, and study the principle of nano-local structure on the strength and toughness of ultra-fine pearlite steel. The ultra-fine pearlite rail steel with high strength and toughness was prepared to provide a solution for the technical requirements of "functional demand-forward design-micro-control" of the new generation of heavy-duty rail.
