Introduce:Mainly engaged in the research and development of functional composite rubber materials, committed to the design and development of high-performance fuel pipeline fire retardant materials. Based on the synergistic mechanism of flame retardant and porcelain forming agent, the research and development of a new generation of domestic fire retardant silicone rubber composite was carried out by relying on the Key Laboratory of Energy Materials and Devices of Liaoning Province. The prepared material has a limiting oxygen index of 34%, a vertical combustion grade of FV-0, a smoke density of less than 10%, and can withstand ablation above 1000°C without breaking, becoming a promising material in the field of fire prevention.
