Introduce:In recent years, excessive electromagnetic radiation has formed electromagnetic pollution, which has caused many negative effects on human health and military applications. Microwave absorption materials can convert electromagnetic energy into heat energy, and properly solve the problem of electromagnetic pollution. At present, all countries in the world are generally carrying out the research work of electromagnetic wave absorption materials between 2-18 GHz band. At the same time, the skin of active combat aircraft is broken and spalling during high-intensity flight, and the internal components are easily damaged. The traditional absorbent has large scale, uneven dispersion in the matrix, and poor mechanical properties of the composite. It is difficult to control structure and function simultaneously. Research on design and manufacturing technology of functional and structural integrated stealth composite was carried out. The continuous production equipment of hot arc plasma nanopowder developed and manufactured by ourselves was used to achieve macro preparation of multi-type wave-absorbing nanoparticles. By electrospinning technology, functional nanoparticles are filled into the fiber, and vacuum autoclave is used to form an integrated shape structure of microwave absorption functional layer and carbon fiber structural layer, which solves the problems such as uneven dispersion of traditional coating absorbency, difficult to achieve high-strength lightweight broadband absorption, and poor mechanical properties, and provides a feasible scheme for the preparation of stealth skin for a new generation of fighters.
