Introduce:Fluororubber is a synthetic polymer elastomer containing fluorine atoms on the carbon atom of the molecular main chain or side chain. It has good high temperature resistance, oil resistance, chemical medium resistance and other properties, and is widely used in modern aviation, rockets, aerospace and other cutting-edge technologies and traditional industrial fields such as automobiles, petroleum, machinery. However, at low temperatures (-17 ° C), the movement of the molecular chain segment is frozen, becomes hard and brittle, and brittle fractures occur when external forces are applied, limiting its application in low temperature environments. Based on silicon-based nanomaterials, I constructed a novel fluororubbers composite material with a unique nanostructure. The molecular chain of this structure has low rotation steric resistance and strong flexibility. At low temperatures, the molecular chain movement ability is enhanced, thus endowing the material with low temperature resistance. Its brittle temperature reaches -30 ℃, tensile strength >10MPa, elongation at break >300%, and air aging resistance, oil resistance is still excellent, for the realization of high strength, low temperature resistance fluorine rubber composite material design and manufacturing solutions.
