Introduction: Engaged in the development of corrosion-resistant coatings for fuel cell metal bipolar plates, using pulsed bias arc ion plating technology to successively carry out the development of highly conductive and highly corrosion-resistant composite coatings based on stainless steel with titanium and titanium alloy, and the prepared Ti/C-Cr composite amorphous coatings show good corrosion resistance with corrosion current density <1μA/cm2.
