Introduction: During school, Sn nanoparticles were synthesized using DC arc plasma technology, and then the prepared Sn nanoparticles and sublimated sulfur were used as precursors to prepare bulk SnS, SnS2 and SnS/SnS2 heterojunction nanosheets by in situ one-step sulfidation method. The photoelectrochemical properties of the SnS/SnS2 heterojunction were investigated using the three-electrode test system. Published 1 SCI, 1 core journal, applied for and granted 2 patents.
