Introduction: Nitrile rubber (NBR) is widely used in sealing products, hoses, tapes, rubber rollers and other oil-resistant rubber products because of its good oil resistance, and plays a very important role in chemical, automotive, aerospace and other fields. Therefore, TPU, which has good mechanical properties, oil resistance and low-temperature resistance, was blended with NBR and modified with carbon black (CB), a reinforcing filler of NBR, to further improve the performance of NBR/TPU composites and to broaden the application area of NBR. The blending of TPU powder and NBR can be dispersed uniformly at room temperature and reduce energy consumption. The effects of these factors on the properties of NBR/TPU composites were investigated by varying the blending ratios of NBR and TPU powder, selecting different types of TPU and NBR with different acrylonitrile contents; the surface modification of carbon black with different silane coupling agents (SCA) KH550, KH560, KH570 and Si69 was investigated to investigate the effects of modified carbon black on the properties of NBR/TPU composites.
