Introduction: Combining high elastic modulus and high axial strength carbon nanofiber (CNF) substrate with Si to buffer the volume expansion of Si material while forming a self-supporting flexible electrode, two solutions are proposed by exploring and analyzing the problems of simple combination of Si and CNF: (1) Si-Fe@CNF composite nanopowder is prepared by DC arc plasma method, and Si-Fe composite nanopowder is produced by solution The Si-Fe@CNF was produced by electrostatic spinning and loaded on CNF, and the Si-Fe composite nanoparticles were confirmed by XRD and SEM characterization to be composed of Si and FeSi2, which were dispersed on the surface and inside of CNF fibers. (2) KH550mSi@CNF, and the modification mechanism of the above two electrodes was analyzed by microstructure characterization and electrochemical testing. For the problem of nanoparticle agglomeration, KH550 was used as a structural modification additive to form a molecular chain coating layer on the surface of Si particles during the preparation of precursor solution to improve the dispersion of Si nanoparticles in order to obtain KH550mSi@CNF with better structural uniformity.
