Introduce:With the rapid development of consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace and other fields, higher and higher requirements are put forward for the performance of inductors. As a raw material for inductors, soft magnetic materials also need to meet the requirements of other conditions under the premise of excellent magnetic properties. Carbonyl iron powder (CIPs), as a soft magnetic material, has high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low coercivity, high permeability and excellent comprehensive magnetic properties, and has good processing formability, so it has been widely used in the field of integrated forming inductors. However, with the increasing of the operating temperature of inductors, carbonyl iron powder is easily oxidized and corroded, which severely limits its further application in the field of inductors. In order to solve the above problems, the author prepared Ni-P@CIPs and Ni-Cu-P@CIPs by electroless plating with 1-2μm spherical carbonyl iron powder as raw material, and studied the effects of process parameters and components of coating on the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the modified carbonyl iron powder.
