Introduce:The main research content is aluminum air battery - aluminum anode modification. In view of the self-corrosion reaction and anode passivation of aluminum air battery anode, different methods of alloying and heat treatment are used to modify the anode, that is, high melting point and high stability nano ceramic particles are added to the aluminum matrix to modify the aluminum anode. The main function of nano-ceramic particles is to refine grain, improve casting defects and improve microstructure uniformity. Refining the matrix structure can make the structure more uniform, reduce the self-corrosion active site, reduce the self-corrosion reaction rate, and improve the anode utilization rate. The increase of grain boundary density can increase the number of electrochemical reactive channels and increase the discharge voltage.
