Introduce：Among the many magnetic material systems, soft magnetic materials are widely used in the power electronics industry as electronic components with low coercivity, low remanence and high permeability. With the development of the industry, the industrial side has put forward higher requirements for the temperature resistance of inductors. We have studied the application of high temperature resistant organic cladding resin materials in the field of soft magnetic cladding. Using traditional resin as the base, we have successfully prepared new high temperature resistant organic cladding resin by introducing imide groups through molecular structure design, which improves the operating temperature of inductors and provides material support for new application scenarios such as automotive inductors.
