Introduce：For the third generation semiconductor switching power supply and integrated inductors and other electronic components, high saturation magnetization, low power consumption of high frequency metal soft magnetic materials and high frequency devices are studied. The soft magnetic powders studied include Fe-Si system and Fe-Ni system, of which Fe-Si system has been studied deeply and made great progress. By means of experiments and simulations, the best materials suitable for electronic components such as third-generation semiconductor switching power supply and integrated inductors have been selected, and high-performance metal soft magnetic devices have been successfully prepared.
