Inrouduce：The main research content is to strengthen pearlite rail materials with nanoparticles. Aiming at the problems of pearlite steel's strength and toughness are difficult to improve simultaneously, the fatigue and wear resistance of components is poor, and the life is low, the redistribution of high melting point nanoparticles and the evolution law of pearlite rail steel nucleation and growth microstructure during the casting process are studied. The purpose is to optimize the performance of heavy-duty rail and improve the bearing capacity and service life of rail.
