Abstract: A MC-type carbide-reinforced nickel-based high-temperature alloy composite, preparation method and its application, belongs to the field of high-temperature alloy materials. The MC-type carbide-reinforced nickel-based high-temperature alloy composite is composed of an austenitic matrix phase and a large number of diffusely distributed MC-type carbide-reinforced phases. Among them, the MC-type carbide reinforced phase is induced to precipitate by the addition of high melting point nanocarbide ceramic particles. The preparation method is as follows: 1) Mix the high melting point carbide nanopowder with Ni micron powder and wrap it with nickel foil to obtain a uniformly mixed powder package. 2) Melt the powder package together with the nickel-based high-temperature alloy lump with surface oxides and oil removed in a crucible in a vacuum melting furnace, refine it for 2-8 min at a high superheat of 1500-1550°C, cool it down to 1400-1470°C and pour it into an ingot. The MC-type carbide dispersion reinforced nickel-based high temperature alloy composite material is obtained. The invention can solve the problem of low strength and poor toughness of aerospace products under high superheat casting conditions; low production cost, simple process, not limited by equipment, and suitable for industrial production.
